RETURNS POLICY

 I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT OR CANCEL IT?

Our online store system is completely automated and in most cases, we cannot make amendments to your order once it has gone through as it may have already been posted.  However if you’ve made a mistake there is a CHANCE we can make it happen, but no guarantees. Be sure to email us ASAP at bohoseconds@yahoo.com and we’ll do our best to help you out, provided your original order hasn’t already been shipped or processed. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at no cost prior to us posting it, however if you have already received your items, you will have to return this at your own expense. 

I BOUGHT AN ITEM AND I’D LIKE TO RETURN IT, WHAT DO I DO?​

Sale items are not refundable and are "No Returns". If you need to return any other purchase(s) except for a Sale item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at bohoseconds@yahoo.com for postage details. We ask any returned orders to reach us within 14 days of receipt to be granted an online store credit for the amount you paid for the garment only. (Checkout amount less discount, less postage). Please provide the tracking number via email.  Unfortunately we don't offer refunds (unless of course, the fault is ours and we have agreed to do this) so please ask for measurements before you buy if you are not sure the item will fit.  All goods must be unworn/unchanged, in their original packaging and labels, with all items subject to inspection upon return. Shipping costs are not refundable and are your responsibility.  We are unable to refund the cost of the original shipping as well as any additional cost incurred by returning the item (unless of course, the fault is ours and we have agreed to do this). And sorry, but no refunds will be provided for any items lost by Australia Post upon their journey back to us. Once we have received your item, we will email you with a special code to use on your next purchase, this code cannot be used in conjunction with a Sales code as only one coupon code can be used at a time.
