WHAT DO THESE CODES MEAN:
EUC - Excellent Used Condition
GUC - Good Used Condition
NWT - New With Tags
BNWT - Brand New with Tags - direct from wholesaler
WHERE DO I FIND MY SIZE:
Sizes are split into the below categories when you select "Shop" on the main menu, this makes it easier if you only want to see your size or select "All products" to see everything.
Sizes 6, XS
Sizes 8, 10, S
Sizes 12, M
Sizes 14, 16, L
Sizes 18, XL, 20 & over
Items are listed by the Size on the tag if they have one, in some circumstances if we believe the tag does not reflect the true size we may list it in another Size folder, "One Size" items may appear on more than one page. Measurements can be given for specific items if you send us a message by going to the "Contact Us" page.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM HAS ANY FAULTS BEFORE PURCHASING:
All known faults will be in the description of the item, we carefully inspect all items and take several pics that are not listed on the website so it would be very rare that an item has a fault that we are unaware of and is not listed in the description. We are not responsible for any damage caused in transit by Australia Post.
HAVE THESE GARMENTS BEEN WASHED BEFORE I RECEIVE THEM?
All of our second hand items that can be washed will be washed and ironed and we use Canesten Hygiene Laundry Rinse in the wash prior to posting them. However if some items are new with tags, they will not be washed to ensure they are kept in original condition.
Any garments marked as Dry Clean only will NOT be dry cleaned prior to sending to you. These garments are sold as is unless the item listed states Dry Cleaning included. We can dry clean if you request however this will be at your expense.
HOW DOES POSTAGE WORK?
We currently post daily between Monday to Friday each and every week. Most items posted before 4:00pm AEST should arrive within 5-7 business days depending where in Australia you’re located. However we can not be responsible for any delays once posted.
We are not responsible for any damage caused in transit by Australia Post or for any missing parcels.
We do not post internationally.
CAN YOU COMBINE POSTAGE?
Of course, if you buy more than one item and combine it all in one order the postage will only be charged for the whole order combined and not charged individually. If you have made two orders on the same day you will need to contact us at bohoseconds@yahoo.com.au for us to combine the two orders otherwise you will be charged separately for each order.
DO YOU HAVE A PICK UP SERVICE?
No not at the moment. Pick up service may be available in the future, you need to contact us via email at bohoseconds@yahoo.com to see if pick up is available for any urgent items.
